Jen is a passionate experiential educator with over 20 years of experience designing hands-on learning programs across K–12, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. As Assistant Director of Experiential Learning at ÌÇÐÄ´«Ã½â€“Cascades, she leads strategic initiatives that embed career readiness into academics through internships, research, service learning, and study abroad. Through teaching and advising, Jen cultivates inclusive and  future-focused experiences that empower students to transform their education into meaningful real-world impact. Her background includes teaching in the TRAL department, directing a philanthropic foundation, and leading outdoor education programs in independent schools. She enjoys mountain biking, skiing, gardening, and spending time in nature with her family and dog.
