Winner of the 2017 National Innovator Award for Best New Development

Our Residence Hall, built in 2016, was recognized at the InterFace Student Housing Conference ;with an Innovator award for Best New Development in 2017.

Our 300-resident building offers single-, double-, and triple-rooms, as well as in apartment-style suites. Amenities in the three-wing building include quiet study rooms, lounges and kitchens, a fitness center, and indoor storage room for bicycles and recreational gear.

Flexible Room Options

We offer a variety of room types to accommodate all budgets. Residents can choose from triple, double, single or apartment style rooms.And you will never share a bathroom with more than 3 other people.

Accessibility Accommodations

We offer numerous accessibility accommodations including: elevator access, roll-in showers, ADA strobes in select rooms. Our self-closing doors may be modified for easier wheelchair access.

Additional accommodations may be available via our Disability Access Services (DAS) department.

In-Building Mail Services

We offer complimentary, secure mail services for all residents right in the Residence Hall. The Mail & ID Center accepts packages, delivers letters to individual mailboxes and prints IDs.

Our Residence Hall also offers study spaces and meeting rooms on each floor, free laundry facilities, communal kitchens, bike and gear storage space and a fitness center.

First-year experience

As part of the First-Year Experience program, living on campus is an important component of a student鈥檚 first year at 糖心传媒-Cascades. Living in the FYE community provides unique resources and connections that help students create a successful and well-rounded college experience. More information about First Year Experience

Second year and above experience

While first-year students are required to live on campus, a growing number of second year and above students find equal value and benefits from living on campus. To further accommodate students who are older than our traditionally-aged first year students, we offer second year and above communities. More information about second year and above housing.

Honors College program

Community is about more than buildings. It's about the people and the environment around you. Honors College (HC) residents are surrounded by like-minded students who appreciate a healthy balance of peace and quiet mixed with inspiring academic activities and stimulating social experiences.

Graduate housing
