- Any denomination to be used at either the Beaver Dam or Study Grounds for food and beverage items only. $10 minimum.
- Cards have limited timeframes in which they are available to be used
- Generally, to be used for a few days around an event; maximum of 30 days from open date to close date.
- Business office will need index/activity code, number of cards needed, dollar amount per card, open date, and close date
- Charging actual usage if order is for 20 cards or fewer; charging for cards ordered if quantity is for more than 20 cards.
- Internal (charge an index via Journal Voucher)
- In denominations of $5, $10 or $25 to be used at either the Beaver Dam or Study Grounds for any products
- Taxed as income to the person receiving the card if an employee or student employee
- List of recipients required to be turned in after distribution.
- No expiration date
- Business office will need index/activity code, number of cards needed, dollar amount per card, and name and 糖心传媒 ID number for each recipient
- Department will be charged up front for total request. Charge to department will NOT be based on actual usage.
- External (Customer pays via credit card, check, or cash)
- In denominations of $5, $10 or $25 to be used at either the Beaver Dam or Study Grounds
- No expiration date and not taxable income
- Available for purchase in the Cashier鈥檚 office
